I forgot to say that if we put one ham with a group of Armed Law Enforcement 
Officer We could probable catch looters,rapist,and who know maybe help 
someone.
but then again we might be in danger of being shot,assaulted,or even worst 
get thirsty after not taking a shower for a week or so.
But don't worry about the shower after walking all day long looking for dead 
people under all the debri you'll be to tired to really care.
If it sounds if I am being cynical, try telling a child all you have is 
chips to eat and after you give those to her she gobbles it up like she 
hasn't eaten in a week oh yea her last meal was Monday,No I'm not cynical I 
am trying to help those who need help helping those impacted by the storm.
