[ForSale-Swap] VHF Radios needed in MS. Coastal Areas

Being in Law Enforcement I am in constant contact with the Police 
Officers,Game Wardens,MDOT Officer, Probation Officers
that Are on the Mississippi coast tight now and they are telling me that 
some of the things that is the hardest right now is not even being able to 
tell anyone of the refugees where to go due to a lack of communications.
If any of you out there have any spare vhf radios that will tune out of band 
and would like to donate them let me know, I will try and get them to the 
officers.
