[ForSale-Swap] Icom 746

Could anyone give me an idea what I should ask for an Icom 746?
  It is less than 4 years old with less than 100 hours  on it, has the 
plastic still on the display, have all documentation and the original boxes.  A 
friend of mine wants to purchase it and I want to be fair for him and for me.  I 
have looked on several sites for an idea of what it might be worth and haven't 
found any listed.
