I have 2 Realistic receivers for sale.

#1 is a Patrolman Pro 1 high band receiver, AM-FM. 152-174 MHz. Controls 
are volume, squelch, tuning, and a switch for 2 crystal positions. It 
works.   $25 plus shipping.

#2 is A patrolman 3A high-low VHF and UHF. 30-50MHz, 152-174MHz, and 
450-470Mhz. Has squelch, AF filter, selectable bandpass of 5 or 15kHz. 
This also works. $40 plus shipping.
