Kenwood MC-53 touchtone DTMF microphone

This is the touchtone mic used with many of Kenwood's more
recent rigs.  It has a 16 digit translucent touchtone pad on it,
with four buttons above the TT Pad for "Call", "VFO", "MR",
and "PF".  The up and down buttons are on the top.

This mic originally have the plastic RJ-45 connector on it that
looks like a computer networking plug.  The problem is that 
somehow the plastic connector got broken, and now it has
no connector on it.  This means you could install any type of
connector you might want, including the 8 pin round connector,
or the plastic RJ-45, and also that you could wire it for any
rig you might like  -- not just Kenwood.
