Mornin' all,

I have an absolutely beautiful "like-new" Ameritron AL-811, 600 watt HF linear amplifier that I must reluctantly sell. I've had it in the shack (non smoking, climate controlled) for about a year now but just don't use it enough to justify keeping it. I'm the second owner. The first owner was understandably "afraid" to use it due to past TVI issues in his trailer park QTH.

The amp is about two years old, has been "idled" several times a week, every week to keep the electrolytics fresh but only has about 4-5 hours of actual transmit time on the 3-811's (SSB ragchewing not contesting). The Harbach soft-start module has been installed and works great to limit the inrush current when powered-on. Wired for 120vac, 8 amps. Has full output on all bands 160-10 meters. Original manual included.

Cosmetically and operationally it is in like-new condition. I have several pictures of the interior, exterior and the actual rf output/HV/grid current meter readings I can email interested parties. Estimated double-boxed & packed shipping weight will be somewhere in the 40-45# range from zipcode 80914 (the amp alone is 30#). Tubes have been removed and will be packed in a separate box.
