I dont do Paypal and usually I dont post feedback and dont pay any
attention to whether
someone else does or not. I take money order or cashiers check....
also personal check, but
the item doesnt leave my possession until I know that the personal check
has cleared the bank.

Feedback doesnt matter to me a bit because I am as honest about the
condition of a rig,
and if I am buying, I get as much information as possible.... along with
a picture if possible
(although it would be possible for someone to phony up a picture)... and
then go with what
my gut tells me about the seller and item... And all feedback does is
get used as "advertising"
by someone for later sales. The seller knows how honest he is
anyway. If he's honest,
buyers will know....

Of course, the gut test isnt 100 percent reliable, but I guess youve got
to be willing to take
some chances. After all, if you buy something at a swap meet, you have
no guarantee it wont
blow up in your face when you take it home no matter how much it's been
cleaned and shined up.
