Good Morning to the list.

I have a few items for sale. Not a major downsizing, just trying to
raise some capitol for a project that I am working on.

1. COLLINS KWM380. Has Kiron chip, keypad, CW filterm and NB. Gone
through by W6IRD. Works well. I can demo on the air SSB or CW it is on
the air as I type this. A real stand-up radio. I have some spare parts
that I've bought over the years, just don't recall at this writing.

2. COLLINS 399B5. A most unusual unit. Basically, it is a 399B5 that
was reengineered at the factory for a short government contract,
possibly for the CIA or US military. The contract called for a piston-type
trimmer to be placed on each of the 4 crystal positions. That way the
end user can net a crystal exactly to a specified frequency if the
crystal was out of spec. I am absoloutely convinced that this wasn't a home
brew by looking at the placement of the caps, the quality of the caps,
the soldering, etc. I have no documentation on this, but rather the
word of a former collins employee that was in the know about such things.
This is something for the advanced collector or user. I've never seen
another one that look like it. Unusual pieces like this don't come by
all that often!

3. COLLINS CU737 Tuner/SWR bridge. Part of one of their large rack
mounted transmitters. I am not sure which transmitter, sometime in the
late 50's early 60's. The tuner has knobs similar to the KWM-1, and a 24
volt power supply (I assume to power up the autotune functions?). I
bought it at a fest as a fluke, I was in pack-rat mode! Never used it,
but I don't doubt that it works just fine.

4. JOHNSON 500. Totally restored, fit for the advanced AM user or the
buyer that demands investment quality radios. Plug and play. A real
showpiece for your collection. Write/call for details. Have manual, some
spare tubes, factory cabling, and the terminal strip cover that is
always lost by the last owner (Like the screwdrivers on the 51J4!)

5. RF COMMUNICATIONS RF-302 TUNER. Works OK. However the turns counter
on the loading control is frozen. No time to fix it. Was a Viet Nam
Veteran according to the former owner.

6. HP606A GENERATOR. Works OK. However the bandswitching is stuck on
one band (The band change knob turns and "clunks", but the drum pointer
doesnt move. Probable a simple fix if I had the time. I have another
smaller RF generator that fills the bill for me so I thought I'd move
the 606.

7. MANY MANY NOS TUBES for the S-Line. Too many to list. All NOS from
many purchases from K5SVC over the years (yeah I'm a pack rat!!!).
Email me with your needs.

8. B&W L-1000 amplifier. An unusual piece as it was sold as an RF deck
only or with factory supply. Real hams in the 50's rolled their own
supplies as the former owner of this amp did. And what a supply it is!!!
At the time he bought NEW broadcast iron, choke, caps. He
spared no expense building this rig. Huge oversized rectifier tubes that
glow purple, the whole bit.

I'll ship items 1,2,3,5 and 7. The 500 must be picked up or I'll drive
200 miles +/-. The L-1000 is absolutely pickup only.
