[ForSale-Swap] Watch Out!

Hello-
    Just a heads-up, and possibly someone may have info to assist me : It appears I am ripped out of 75.00 for some stacked metal film capacitors by someone who sells on ebay under the name "Eskimo Joe".
    My personal check cleared the bank on 5-12-05 and I have received nothing. I cannot get a response from him regarding my order.
    I mailed my check to : Alan Witherspoon, 909 Mason Drive, Blacksburg, VA. 24060.I have my cancelled check, it was endorsed by Alan Witherspoon and signed over to T.J. Kerekes, and endorsed by Kerekes, on the back of the check.
    The guy calling himself "Eskimo Joe" on ebay is T.J. Kerekes, but I cannot locate him or get any communication from him. Supposedly all electronic parts are at a facility in Goldbond, VA. about 30 miles from Blacksburg. Supposedly this facility is a division of Alcomp Electronics of Goldbond, VA. and operated under the name "Alfparts".
    I looked up a number on MSN for Alan Witherspoon of Blacksburg, VA. and called it. An elderly woman answered stating that her son was Alan Witherspoon of whom sold electronic parts and she "did not know how to contact him ... he was secretive ... he has a cell phone but I do not know the number..." and that she in fact resided at the address that I mailed my check to. I believe this whole thing smells and if someone can help with more info I would be most appreciative, or if I help someone else avoid this whole mess then I feel I have done some good.
