Kenwood TM-221 A, 2 meter FM transceiver for sale:

This 45 Watt output (5 W on low power) 2 meter transceiver
has just about any bell and whistle you would want.  It  has
subaudible (PL) tone encoding, as well as a touchtone (DTMF)
microphone for autopatching.  Of course it has memories and 
scanning (both memory scan and band scan), and will receive 
from 138 to 173 MHz, so it has plenty of "out of band" coverage
for weather, etc.  

This unit works fine, and looks very close to perfect.  I can not
find a scratch on it.  Mobile mount, power cord, and paper
work are included for $95 plus shipping from Florida.
