End insulator kit for dipole or other wire type antennas

This is a kit that consists of two end insulators for a dipole or
other wire type antenna, along with insulating rope.  The end
insulators are about 6 inches long, and grooved so that it 
makes the path seem longer.  In addition there is insulating
rope to attach to the insulators.  I think the rope might be black
Dacron, but I am not sure.  It is very strong, with about 15 or 20 
feet for each end.  It has not been used.
