The HP 8640B has been sold... waiting for the buyer to
send payment.  Others asked prices for the rest....
here they are.

The Racal F-64 sweep/function generator and factory
manual are still available, looks new, works fine ...
$125 plus UPS

Racal 1992 1.5 GHz frequency counter, looks excellent,
works same, with factory manual, in calibration...
checked daily against 10 MHz standard, last actual
NIST calibration certificate was issued in 2003 IIRC. 
Now that I have my own standard traceable to NIST I
dont need to send the instruments out every year since
they are for my own use it's quite a savings as a cert
is about $125 per year.  $200 plus UPS.  This is the
nicest frequency counter I ever owned...
