[ForSale-Swap] WTB 70cm Amplifier

I am looking to purchase a 70cm amplifier to use with
my Icom 706MKIIG.  I would prefer one with a preamp to
use on the satellites, like the RF concepts 4-110 or
4-310, Tokyo Hy-Power, or TE systems, but will
consider other models if the price is right.  I can
pay with MO or paypal.
