EICO (maybe) Power Supply. The  label says Model 1030, 117 VAC 160 W.  I
think this has had MAJOR Modification.  The rectifier appears to be a
2N6251.  The transformer is Tektronix PN 120-1141-02.  and for use at 47.5
to 420 HZ.
