Hi,
  I recall that someone on the reflector was searching for some of these a while back:

  Leviton 25A 125V DPDT Knife Switches used, a bit tarnished from sitting around years & years, otherwise good condition, 2"x4" (approx.) base.  Asking $15 pair plus shipping.

  I just found them in the last of a large estate pile.
