Specs? e.g. SDRAM, DDR? PC66/100/133 or DDR266/300/333/366/400? CL2/CL3?
Parity/Non-Parity? Buffered/Non-Buffered?.

Be careful as if it's an older SDRAM system, faster modules may not work
properly in a slower system. For example, PC133 (133MHz) memory may not
work or may cause errors on a PC100 (100MHz) system.

Why? The memory speed is just one spec. Another important spec is the CAS
Latency (CL) (the number of clock cycles to requried after a CAS change).
Most PC100 modules were CL2. Most PC133 modules required one addtional
clock cycle and were CL3. Even though running at the slower 100MHz rate,
the 133MHz CL3 modules still require 3 clock cycles to be "ready". Using
CL3 memory in a system requiring CL2 modules will cause problems. There are
also CL2.5 modules (which were often 133MHz CL3 memory chips that tested OK
at the 100MHz CL2 clock rate)

If you're not sure, post the system brand and model number or the
motherboard brand and model number.

Subject: [ForSale-Swap] WTB: 128 MB DIMM'S

Hi,

I'm looking for a few 128 MB DIMM RAM chips to upgrade a friends computer.
Anyone here have any before I go to E-Pay?

Thanks,
Dan
