I have a ICOM IC-701 HF Radio. 
It covers 1.8, 3.5, 7, 14-15, 21, 28. 
The overall appearance of the radio is great. 
I'd say it's about a 9 as far looks and operating are concerned.
It does have a couple of knobs that need tighted up.
This would be a great radio for a beginner.
This includes the matching IC-701PS AC Power Supply.
I have the orginal manuals & copies for both the power supply, and radio
that will be included. 
 
I'm asking $375 or any reasonable offer.
