Although not a tube exactly, I have three NE-42 lamps.
They look like they might have been used as regulators.
I don't remember.  They are very large for a neon bulb --
about the size of an 0D3 -- and have a dual contact 
bayonet base.  $5 each

Some have the Millen "M" on them, some are 
National, and some other brands.

Ceramic Octal Sockets

These are NOS, and have mounting ears with a 
captive 6-32 nut in the ear for mounting. There 
are also 4 ground lugs around the perimeter - $6 each
Similar to above, but slightly used - $4 each
Used, without mounting ears - $3 each
