Icom 38A 220 MHZ mobile radio

Like new, little used 220 MHZ mobile radio for sale.
This was going to be used as a packet backbone
radio,and the project never happened. I plugged in
some local 220 repeaters,and then never touched it
again. Includes optional installed tone decoder unit.

With original mic, manual, and service manual on CD ROM
I think I have the original box too.
