KDK FM-2016, Two meter FM transceiver

Covers two meters with 16 W in high power and 4 W in 
low power.  It includes PL (subaudible) tone encoding.
Of course it has memories and scan capabilities.  An added 
advantage for some is the fact that the frequency control
knobs have a stop at zero, so those with limited sight 
can count the frequency steps.
  
This one looks really great, but it does not work.  The package
smashers got hold of it, so it no longer functions electrically.
It seems that a circuit board may have gotten cracked.  It
looks very good, with no visible damage.
