Hello all,

I'm thinning the herd a bit 'cause I'm out of space. For pickup only in Philadelphia, PA.

This is a nice looking rig. The front panel is pretty good except for a bit of rack rash around the mounting holes and a few other minor marks. For some reason, the knobs on the crystal unit look like clear aluminum instead of black anodized. The chassis is clean.

The rig has a reduction drive mounted on the tuning dial. It was there when I got it. I know that sounds bad, but it's very unobtrusive, works without backlash and can be quickly disabled when you want to tune faster.

The cabinet is interesting -- I've never seen one like it. It is made for a 6U rack-mount rig (like SP-600, R390, etc) and is deep enough to contain this rig. It's obviously a commercial product because there is an assembly diagram on the inside of the top cover. The cover is secured with Dzus (sp?) fasteners so you can get it open quickly. There is no bottom cover. It is clean and looks good.

I used this as a bench receiver until a few months ago when I needed space for other gear. It is in original condition with original caps, etc., but always worked when I turned it on.

$300 with cabinet.

Thanks for the read and 73,
Ed N3CMI
