High Sierra HS-214CL Lay Back adaptor. Fits in a standard 1.25 inch by 
1.25-inch receiver. With the removal of a stainless steel pin, the vertical 
solid rod lays back at a 45-degree angle allowing a trunk, rear hatch, or 
tailgate to be opened. The entire assembly is powder coated in black and is 
'as new.'
