Just received this is a trade and have no use for it. It is a Drake T-4XB
transmitter, on a 1-10 scale it is an 8. Front panel is excellent. There is
no warranty 'cause I have no way to test it but was TOLD it is working.  A
money order for $99 plus shipping in conus only, gets it. Also has a
