[ForSale-Swap] WTB VAriable capacitor, toroid cores

Hi,
It's LF pre-amp building time again and I'm in need of a few parts.  I want to
avoid Varactors for this one.   Looking to buy the following.  YES, I can
order the toroid cores from Amidon, but hate to just a couple cores, so it'd
be nice if somebody has all the below.  I'm needing to wind coils of 3.3 mH,
25mH as well as a pair for 25uH (which I think I have cores for).

1.   One dual gang receiver type variable capacitor, 365-450pF maximum each
section with 1/4 inch shaft.  I don't care which way minimum capacity is,
(though clockwise for minimum would be nice ;-)

2.  One Toroid core of any of these types.  FT50-43, FT82-43, FT50-72,
FT82-72.

3.  One Toroid core of any of these types.  FT82-75 (J), FT82-72, FT82-77.

4.  Nice but not absolutely needed.  2 of any, T68-3 (first choice), T68-6,
T68-2.

ALSO, I need to wind a coil of 200mH, I don't see any toroid cores that could
be easily done with??

If you can help me, please advise what the SHIPPED price to California, 95348
would be.
