Conar 400 transmitter.  I've owned four of these in the past few years, 
and this is the best of them all!  Cosmetically 9 of 10.  Front panel 
PERFECT!!  Cabinet...as new.  But now I must sell.

Re-create that Novice station of years gone by or simply enjoy the 
relaxed, casual operating of a no-frills classic that is just plain FUN 
to operate! Sold "As Is" but will NOT be DOA.  Of course, expect the 
"cute" little chirp that is characteristic of ALL the Conar 400's!

soon!  Includes nice copy of manual.
