        Thank You to all who responded to my request for help. As of yet
I have still not found an owners manual. But I did find a replacement
battery for the modulator. If any one owns one of these little Gems you
can use an Duracell # 123 3 volt photo battery. There are a little pricey
but should last a long time. So the hunt will continue, thanks to all.
