Because you just found these manuals in a "basement", and because most basements
are prone to the blights of mold and mildew, you should advise prospective
buyers of this possible health hazard. A surprising number of people are
allergic to, or sensitive to, such odors. Which can have some serious reactions
in some people breathing the resultant fumes and irritants.    	
	
The world as it is today is litigation driven, so best to protect yourself right
up front!
