I have had many questions been asked about this stuff
so here are some answers
IBM 720 has 4meg ram 75 meg HD and is a 486
IBM 700 dont know much about this one it dosent boot
but shows when the AC adaptor is hooked to it red
lights show that its chargeing
The 720 works fine but shows a small stain on the
display You could if this bothers you change it from
the 700 
The 720 has a floppy and if you want to use a
external.I have some Backpack units for 25.00
There are no sound cards
For what I am asking the AC adaptor is worth almost
that much.I have seen them sell for 20.00+
