The part I'm seeking is:

A 10 position (1 common, 9 selects) rotary switch wafer.

About 2.85" square by 1/4" thick ceramic with 5/16 diameter contacts on
a 2" diameter circle which extend to solder lug style terminals on the
opposite side of the wafer.

The wafer has 1/16" high ribs, on both sides, to support the rotor
between contacts.

The rotor has a triple band contact 1/2" wide and it is turned by a
1.5" diameter ceramic disk which is .3" thick.

These were made by Westinghouse and possibly other manufacturers under
contract to the War (yes, that long ago...) Department but, I've never
seen them marked as to manufacturer.

Seeking just a wafer in almost any condition, a whole switch or ??

73 & Thanks for looking,
