I have an Icom 740 HF transceiver in good condition
phyically, but that needs a PLL or tuning fix. The
dial seems to have some tuning problems, and on 10mhz
it just runs away into scanning.  This might be an
easy fix, I don't know.  This 740 comes with the
internal PS ($149 used at Associated Radio), the INRAD
1.8 SSB filter ($155 new at INRAD), and the internal
Keyer unit (difficult to find).  The accessories alone
are worth the asking price.  Also had hand mic, power
cord, and manual.  It has a great receiver, I just
don't feel like dealing with the repairs right now. 
Asking $210 plus a little for shipping.
