[ForSale-Swap] Help a New Ham

  My next door neighbor - much to my surprise just passed his Technician license and his son will be taking the code test/theory in June.  They don't have a lot of money to spend

  I am wondering if someone out there might have a reasonably priced 2 meter rig or HF transceiver for sale.
