[ForSale-Swap] WTB: HF Rig for Granddaughter

A few months back I promised my 8 year old granddaughter that if 
she got her ham ticket I would buy her first hf rig.

Well, it's time to pay the piper as she will be receiving her license 
probably before I can get her an antenna up and running.

So, I am looking for a good used solid state rig.  Cosmetics not real 
important but simplicity of use and LOW PRICE is.
