I have a battery eliminator for the TH78 for sale. 
This is similar to what www.batteriesamerica.com sells
for $29 plus shipping.  It slides into the radio in
place of the battery pack, and has a heavy cable which
terminates in a cigarette lighter plug for 12 volt
operation.  Allows 5 watts plus on transmit.  Perfect
for using the TH78 as a mobile setup radio, or at home
with a 12 volt supply.  I am asking $21 shipped.
