encode/decode, DTMF mic.  Have all accessories,
manual, quick reference guide, mounting bracket.

Will also trade for excellent condition Radio
Shack DX-394 communications receiver, all
accessories, manual, mods OK.  

Or will consider a trade deal with any late model
communications receiver with digital tuning.

  Will include good condition KPC3 (with all
original accessories, manual, box), brand new TNC
wiring harness for Icom 8-pin radio and/or a brand
new in box, never used MFJ modular tnc/mic switch
(works with the HTX-242) and/or cash depending on
what you have to offer.
