Hi all,
I have a very nice Timewave DSP-59+ with the latest firmware (version 3.04)
and factory manual that I would like to swap. This is Timewave's better DSP
unit (though the 599zx is their best and EXPENSIVE unit). This does it all,
heterodyne removal, noise reduction with front panel "aggressiveness" control
(thanks to version 3.04), Very narrow CW filtering (down to 25 Hz bandwidth),
digital filters, audio AGC (really good on CW) and more. Runs on 13.6 VDC and
drives a speaker or headphones.
These with the 3.04 version firmware and in good condition STILL sell
typically for about $120.00 USED.
What I need:
1. A recent production 2 Meter, 50 Watt (minimum) mobile rig with PL,
memories, wideband receive (DON'T need out of band transmit), touch-tone mic
etc (in other words, all the bells and whistles). Must be like new (the term
mint is overused), have factory manual, power cable etc. Prefer nearly
anything over RadioShack (though I may consider one, "Depending" ;o). NO
ANTIQUE'S PLEASE (I already have enough junkers 8^(
2. Mag mount 2 meter antenna that I can "install" on my sheetmetal mobile
home roof and use with above radio.
Terms: Straight trade, each to package their item WELL and pay their own
insured shipping!
