I reluctantly offer my excellent Harris RF-350K/RT-1446 HF transceiver for
sale.  This is not an assembled eBay like parts unit...

A general description taken from the manual of this current and supported
Harris product is:

"The RT-1446 is a microprocessor-controlled transceiver, conservatively
rated at 100W Peak Envelope Power (PEP) and Average (AVG). It operates from
1.6000MHz to 29.9999MHz with no gaps (MARS operation approved) and is
tunable in 10Hz increments. It operates in USB, LSB, AME, CW, and AFSK. AFSK
is optional and requires AFSK card installation.  There are also 99 memories
for channelized operation if desired.  The solid-state power amplifier
ensures continuous rated output power during key-down operation. All
operating and metering functions of the transceiver are fully remote
controllable over 2/4-wire telephone lines.

Acquisition price is listed at $10,104.29

This transceiver has the latest ROM installed, remote control board
installed, brand new backlights on the displays, a military M-80 hand
microphone, power cord, original Harris commercial operation/service manual
and the full military operation and service manual on CD (includes
components of the entire "Pacer Bounce" HF Radio System).  The receiver has
2.7 kHz independant SSB filters (one for LSB, one for USB) and a 400 Hz CW
filter.  It does not have the AFSK board installed.  This is the  RF-350K
which includes the attached extreemely heavy duty power supply for operation
from 115-230 volts....

Pics available on request.  This transceiver operates normally and passes
BITE on RX and TX.  I receive excellent audio reports and the receiver is
very hot. The knobs and front pannel are excellent ... the bare metal has
the normal scratches from being rack mounted. Pics available on request via

I have a FastPak shipping container for the transceiver and shipping will
not be inexpensive.  Expect shipping cost, unless picked up to be calculated
on 90-95 lbs from 54986.
