This is a high-quality speaker with built-in DSP.  It will greatly improve
reception by removing static and other background noises from the received
audio signal.  When it is turned on, it works automatically - nothing to
adjust.  Great for mobile but also very good for base station.  Made by
Noise Canceling Technologies (no longer in business).  See reviews on eham.
This one looks brand new, in original box, with manual.  I am the original
owner but I never used it.  $95 plus shipping.
