[ForSale-Swap] Silicon General Parts

Hello-
    Can anyone help me to find data on a Silicon General semiconductor that I obtained as NASA surplus? The devices are in a metal, sealed package styled as a TO-220, have 3 leads as such, and are gold plated, marked : SG4077-101
                         34333 BeO
                         9330
                                    101
    I believe they are serialized, and the 101 is the serial #, as the others have their own serial # also. I believe the 9330 is the date code.
    The device is in a package labeled :
            Device Type -  SG 12613
            Date-------------  9330
