Yes, then again getting the USPS to actually *DO* something is another matter.

I was ripped off for payment on an FT-726 that I ordered from a "fellow ham" who cashed my USPS MO and never shipped the rig.  I am not sure he ever had the radio!

The claim is 2 years (or more) old with the postal inspector not having done squat.
