[ForSale-Swap] Correction to Feb. Hamfests in FL

Based on Bill Britton KB4VOL's list I have been
referring to a Fest in Brooksville/Hernando County
as February 14th.

Just checked another source and it is actually
February 21st (Bill has been notified of his error.)

Just wanted to be certain that I did not confuse
Central Florida list subscribers and accidently
harm the Brooksville/Hernando County Fest.
