I got a 1278 in an estate I bought.

Is there a manual available?

I got it bare ........ no cables, or anything else, other
than the original box.

What would I need in software, cables, or whatever. to use with my 
PC operating in Windows 98?

Is it worth messing with?

Mostly I would like to be able to read CW and RTTY on my 
monitor.

I appreciate any info.
