Hi,

I have a Heathkit IG-1271 function generator in very nice condition, at
LEAST 9.5 out of 10 physically and electrically. Shiny and new looking,
I'd say "mint" but that term is over used.

This one came to me in it's box but inoperative. I found two shorted
Tantalum capacitors, one wired in backwards. Apparently this unit NEVER
worked and was never used. I replaced both capacitors and it works as it
should. The build quality was otherwise very good. I QC'd the rest of
the wiring to make sure it's correct.

Some specs and information.

1. Has Sine, Square and triangle outputs from 1 Hz to 1 MHz.

2. Output level 10 Volts P/P into 50 Ohms, 20 Volts P/P into high
impedance, BNC output connector.

3. Attenuator range. 0-50dB 50 Ohm step attenuator in 10 dB steps,
0-20dB variable attenuator (70 dB total range).

4. All solid state, 120/240 VAC operation. The newer Heathkit "Lab
Instrument" colors, Blue, Ivory, Black with red and black knobs.

A NICE instrument, comes WITH original factory manual AND factory box
(which will be put in another box for shipping).

What I want in Trade (PLUS enough "cash" to ship the generator).

Coax Antenna Switch WITH SO-239 connectors, it MUST be Wall Mount type
and NEAR NEW CONDITION, NO "Wagonwheels" etc. This to use as a "rig
select" switch with the present MFJ-1704 "antenna select" switch.

SOME SUITABLE MODELS: MFJ-1701 6 position, MFJ-1704 4 Position, Alpha
Delta Delta-4 4 position etc.
