[ForSale-Swap] Gertsch FM-3 frequency meter manual needed

Last week at a hamfest I acquired a Gertsch FM-3 frequency meter. I've
refurbished the power supply (it had a shorted electrolytic cap and an open
bleeder/divider), and it now works.

I have the manual, but it's missing pages from the "Operation and
Adjustment" section, namely pages II-2 through II-4.  Does anyone have a
manual that I could copy these pages from? I'd be more than happy to defray
the cost of copying and postage, etc.
