Power 1 International 12 V power supply

Model HN 12-5.1-A
The name plate says if is 12 V at 5.1 amps, but
it is very heavy duty.  From the components, I would
guess it is good for 7 to 10 amps by ham standards.

This is an "open frame" commercial type power supply.
It includes over voltage protection, and will operate on
either 120 V  or 240 V AC, and from 47 to 63 hertz.

$25 plus shipping from Florida.
