Here is an HT for those of you who need a little extra
power on 2 FM.  I have for sale an Icom 2GAT in good
condition.  Some of the paint has worn a little, and
the numbers on the keypad are wearing off, but you
don't use the keypad for anything other than DTMF on
this HT anyway.  The 2GAT will do over 8 watts at 12
volts, and 1 watt on low power.  It has 20 memories,
will receive up to the WX stations, has built in CTCSS
encode, will do scanning, just everything you need an
HT to do-and the receive audio on this HT is plenty
LOUD!  Perfect if you need to operate in a noisy
environment.

Here is what I am selling:
1. Icom 2GAT ht with rubber duck and manual
2. BP70 battery pack-12 volt battery, will put out 8
watts with this pack.  Holds good charge
3. AD12-12 volt adaptor, so you can run HT off of
power supply or cigarette lighter
4. BP2 battery pack, which will need new insert
5. HM-9 speaker mic

I am asking $75 for this whole setup.  I dont have a
wall charger for this unit, but you can get one at
radio shack, or charge the BP70 direct from a 12 volt
supply.  I will throw in the cord for that.  If you
want a rapid charger, I will add a BC35 which has been
use 2 or 3 times, so it is like new in box, with
manual.  That will run an extra $15, but I will also
throw in another BP2 that needs rebuilding with the
charger.

If you want an HT to run in your car-here you go.  8
watts, plenty of audio, speaker/mic, DC adaptor.  Hook
it up and go to it.
