This is what appears to be a copy of the assembly instructions for 
Cushcraft vhf/uhf beams and is for the following model antennas:
A449-6, A449-11, A220-11, A147-4, A145-11, A147-22 A147-VPK, 
A14-VPK, A220-VPK, A449-VPK.

I have no use for this and if you can use it, a self addressed, 
stamped business size envelope will suffice.
