[ForSale-Swap] WTB Icom P2AT items

I recently picked up an Icom P2AT 2 meter HT, and am
looking for a couple of additional items.  I need a
replacement knob for one of the top knobs.  So, if
yours no longer works, I would be interested in one of
the knobs.  Also am interested in any battery packs or
battery cases that you might have laying around with
no need for.
