It's at the top so it's not so easily missed.  I believe that this "inconvenience" is relatively insignificant compared to having the entire QSL.net system (including the email lists) disappear because of the lack of funding by the people that use it.  Besides, a $10 contribution for an opportunity to win a $150 radio is a pretty good deal.

BTW, the reason Al "always want's money" is that it costs $1,600 a month just for the Internet connection, and he doesn't even get enough contributions to cover it.  That's pretty sad, considering that there are about 400,000 users of his systems.
