[ForSale-Swap] Birmingham Info wanted

This is for anyone in the Birmingham, Alabama area.

On a very recent Amtrack trip through Birmingham I 
could not locate Vulcan.  On our outbound trip it was 
very cloudy and I didn't pay it much attention then.  But 
on our return trip about 10 days later, I still couldn't find 
him.  

Question is:  Has the Vulcan statue been demolished or 
taken down for repairs or something?
