[ForSale-Swap] FS: Tri-EX TM-358 58' Sky Needle Tower w/accessories

For Sale:  the 58’ version of the famous and extremely strong and
esthetically pleasing Tri-Ex Sky Needle.
 
This is NOT one of those inexpensive tubular towers on the market
today!!!  New cost on this tower was in 
Excess of $5K.
 
Tower is down and in my sideyard at the moment.
 
It comes with a new hinged base, motor drive, ladder, mast, and rotor
cage.
I also have all the pertinent documents concerning the tower,
engineering drawings, wind load calculations, et al.
 
It’s not light at 1100# without the motor drive (which is installed).
 
I have pictures, email for them if you are honestly interested.
 
Tower is located in Southern California in the community of Thousand
Oaks, approximately
 45 miles NW of LAX International Airport.  We are located about ½ way
between the San Fernando Valley
and Ventura, 30 miles due West of the intersection of Hwy I-405 and Hwy
101.
 
$2000 firm, possible trade for New-In-the Box Yamaha RZ-V1 (I’ll have to
verify that model number) home theater receiver or current models of
new/next-to-new
ham transceivers, what have you??
